I also have a running as my second card with a Ti. As of the last Windows 10 update this week I had the same situation with the B error and Device manager showing Windows had deactivated the card since it was not functioning properly. I tried Driver uninstall, clean reinstall and any software base solution unsuccessfully. Today I was able to solve the issue by removing the card, fresh install with just the Previously I had only one installed for the last couple of years since I wasn't doing anything crazy with the system.

After reading a previous post in this thread mentioning Windows and sketchy voltage management I decided to go out and buy another connector to hook into my PS before buying a new card.

Once I had both plugs connected to the PS and everything started working again with the latest driver and the latest Windows update. So make sure you have 'full power' connected to the card not just one of the 6 pin connectors. Worth checking anyways before buying a new card. Unfortunately mine's a laptop but it was built to be upgradable so I took it apart cleaned up the fans re-thermal pasted it. I've installed all the updates. Windows continues to disable my and wants to use onboard graphics. This all happened exactly as you described. I plugged both power bricks into the laptop to see if that would work.

Since its a External USB WebCamera and it has a built in Microphone lets try to check first if the Microphone is currently set as your default recording device.
